How long will my order take?

Production: 2–7 business days (most orders ship within 4 business days).

Shipping (after production): see our Shipping Policy for typical transit times by region. Delivery can vary due to carrier capacity, customs, weather, and holidays.

Do you ship worldwide? Where from?

Yes. Orders ship from regional fulfillment centers (e.g., AU / US / EU / UK) chosen automatically based on item availability and your delivery address.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We start production shortly after you place an order. If you need a change, contact us immediately. Once production or shipping begins, cancellation or edits may not be possible.

What is your returns/exchanges policy?

All items are made to order. We don't accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind, wrong size, or color preference. Issues (defect, damage, lost in transit) are handled via a claim. See below and our Refund Policy for full details.

How do I start a claim?

Email support@anaaster.com within the applicable window and include your order number, a short description, and photos (full item, close-up of the issue, and the packing slip).

  • Defect / misprint / wrong item / damaged in transit: report within 30 days of delivery.
  • Lost in transit: report within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Send items back only if we ask; unauthorized returns will be refused. See the Refund Policy for what photos we need and how we resolve claims.

My tracking says "Delivered," but I can't find the package.

First check with household members, reception, neighbors, and any safe-drop spots; then contact the carrier. Sometimes a "delivered" scan appears 24–48 hours early. If it's still missing, email support@anaaster.com within 30 days of the delivery scan and we'll investigate with the carrier.

What if my address was wrong or the parcel was unclaimed?

If the address provided was incorrect/insufficient, or the parcel was unclaimed/refused, reshipment is available at customer cost once the order returns to our facility. Address changes aren't possible after shipment.

Will I pay duties or taxes on international orders?

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees set by your local customs office. These charges are the customer's responsibility. Please check with your local customs for details.

Where can I find size charts?

Size charts are shown on each product page. Measure a favorite garment and compare before ordering, as made-to-order items aren't eligible for change-of-mind exchanges.

Do you offer gift wrap or handwritten notes?

No, gift wrap and handwritten notes aren't available at this time.
